Top EDDM Routes
These routes are ranked by turnover rate. Routes flagged as outliers, small sample, or with fewer than 250 homes/condos/townhomes are filtered out by default and can be shown if needed.
Property-type turnover rates are intentionally hidden — only the overall turnover is shown.

What “turnover rate” means
Turnover rate is a simple way to estimate how often homes in a route are changing hands. A higher turnover rate can suggest more listing activity and more opportunities to connect with homeowners who may be moving in the near future.
Why EDDM routes are useful
EDDM routes break a city into small, easy-to-work pockets—usually around 250–500 homes. That makes it easier to manage outreach, stay consistent, and track what you’ve already hit.
Instead of “farming a whole city,” you can focus on a few routes with strong turnover, run a clean campaign, and then expand from there.

Top routes for this city (Top 5 highlights are based on trusted routes)
No trusted routes found using the current minimum (≥ 250 core homes/condos/townhomes). Try “Show flagged routes” to inspect smaller routes.
Default view excludes outliers, small-sample, and routes with fewer than 250 “core” properties (SFR + condo + townhouse). This keeps the top list aligned with the workable route sizes most agents prefer.
